- Place your order as soon as you know you’ll be renting or up to 6 days prior to your stay (2 weeks advance notice is preferred for Nantucket properties).
- Last minute linen rentals will gladly be accommodated, based on availability, and may incur additional delivery charges.
- All prices reflect per week charge.
- Staying longer? A multi-week discount will be automatically calculated at check-out for stays longer than 1 week.

VACATION HOME DELIVERIES
LinenDrops.com provides door to door local delivery in:
- All of RI and surrounding areas
- Eastern MA, including: Boston, Cape Cod and Nantucket (local delivery service to Martha’s Vineyard is not yet available.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP DELIVERIES
Delivery can be made in bulk to one location or to homes, depending on your service area - please call or email for details
COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY/CAMP DELIVERIES
Currently available in RI, MA, and parts of NH and CT - please call to see if you are in our service area
- Payment is expected at the time of order.
- Payment can be made via Stripe using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express)
- A detailed order/payment invoice will be emailed to you upon completing a transaction

- Upon Arrival please check your order to be sure it’s accurate
- We make every effort to ensure your order is packed and delivered in a careful and timely manner. If something isn’t as you expected, please contact us right away so we can make it right

For Items Delivered:
- Remove all sheets and pillowcases from beds, sofa beds, cribs and collect bath mats and towels
- Place all sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.. in laundry bag(s) provided to you - they do not need to be laundered but please shake out excess sand, etc
- Please do not include items that belong to the house, including comforters, mattress pads, pillows, decorative rugs, or other decorative items
- Place laundry bag(s) OUTSIDE of vacation property by 9:30 AM
Our delivery team will pick up and take them from there!
Early Departures Are No Problem
- Please follow normal day of departure guidelines by leaving linens OUTSIDE of the property

- We will arrange for linens to be picked up earlier than scheduled

- Please use care when using our linens as we strive to provide all of our customers with resort quality linen rentals at all times
- If you choose to wash any of our linens please use only NON- CHLORINE BLEACH, keep separate from other personal items and do not wash with dark colors
- Linens do not need to be laundered prior to return to us.
- Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur any additional charges
- Loss or excessive wear & tear may result in a reasonable replacement charge being incurred
