
LINEN RENTAL POLICIES
& everything you need to know
- Place your order as soon as you know you’ll be renting or up to 7 days prior to your stay (2 weeks advance notice is preferred for Nantucket properties).
- Last minute linen rentals will gladly be accommodated, based on availability, and may incur additional delivery charges.
- All prices reflect per week charge.
- Staying longer? A multi-week discount will be automatically calculated at check-out for stays longer than 1 week.

Delivery:
LinenDrops.com provides door to door local delivery in:
- All of RI and surrounding areas
- Eastern MA, including: Boston, Cape Cod and Nantucket (local delivery service to Martha’s Vineyard is not yet available. Shipping is available to this area (see below)
- Southeastern CT shoreline
Shipping:
LinenDrops.com will gladly SHIP your order to any valid US Postal Service mailing address* in New England that is outside of our local delivery areas. This includes parts of CT, MA, NH, and ME. *We are not responsible for items sent to an invalid mailing address

- Payment is expected at the time of order.
- Payment can be made via Stripe using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover)
- A detailed order/payment invoice will be emailed to you upon completing transaction

- Upon Arrival please check your order to be sure it’s accurate
- We make every effort to ensure your order is packed and delivered in a careful and timely manner. If something isn’t as you expected, please contact us right away so we can make it right

For Items Delivered:
- Remove all sheets and pillowcases from beds, sofa beds, cribs and collect bath mats and towels
- Place all sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.. in laundry bag(s) provided to you - they do not need to be laundered but please shake out excess sand, etc
- Place laundry bag(s) OUTSIDE of vacation property by 9:30 AM
Our delivery team will pick up and take them from there!
For Items Shipped:
- Remove all sheets and pillowcases from beds, sofa beds, cribs and collect bath mats and towels
- Place all sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.. in the Poly Mailer bag(s) provided to you. Linens do not need to be laundered but please shake out excess sand, etc
- Affix enclosed, pre-printed return label(s) to outside of poly mailers and seal bag(s) with enclosed tape strips
- Place poly-mailer bag(s) OUTSIDE of vacation property by 9:30 AM
US Postal or FedEx carrier will pick up and take them from there!
- Please follow normal day of departure guidelines by leaving linens OUTSIDE of property

- We will arrange for linens to be picked up earlier than scheduled
- Please use care when using our linens as we strive to provide all of our customers with resort quality linen rentals at all times
- If you choose to wash any of our linens please use only NON- CHLORINE BLEACH, keep separate from other personal items and do not wash with dark colors
- Linens do not need to be laundered prior to return to us.
- Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur any additional charges
- Loss or excessive wear & tear may result in a reasonable replacement charge being incurred
